- The pictures on the listing show the item on a manufacturers image. The item however arrived with some broken pieces. The ladders on the sides of the model were broken. They may be fixable but I paid for an unbroken new product. I also understand that this could ve happened in transit, however I don't believe that is the case because the item was rapped in bubble wrap.
