This is an MTH 30-2759-1 Q Type 3-Car Subway Set w/ PS 2.In the late 1930s, Brooklyn-Manhattan Transit Corporation rebuilt 90 turn-of-the-century wood en elevated cars for service to 1939-40 Worlds Fair.
