I have no idea if the previous owner used it. Imported by Westside Model company I listed as used but it looks new to me.

I have had it at least 12 years and I have never used it except to test it once. I test ran it one time and it ran great and smooth. Hon3rgw k 27 piston valve see pictures.

It says in the papers that are with the Model that the locomotive is fully sprung and utilizes Westside's idler gear drive with a 16mm can motor for the smoothest operation possible. Happy buying. Made by Niagara Semites co.
